Orders placed on RoseToy.com are fulfilled and shipped from our U.S. fulfillment facilities. We do not ship orders from China.
Unauthorized Lookalike Websites
Several unrelated websites use "Rose Toy," "RoseToy," "Official," or similar wording in their domain names and advertising. These websites are not affiliated with, authorized by, or operated by RoseToy or Rose Toy Inc.

Some of these websites deliberately use hyphenated domains or words such as "official" to create confusion. A website containing "RoseToy" or "Rose Toy" in its domain name is not necessarily operated by us.
Products purchased from these websites are not sold, fulfilled, or supported by RoseToy. Based on customer reports and shipping records shared with us, orders from some of these websites have been shipped directly from China.
How to Confirm Your Order
If you purchased from our official U.S. store:

- Your order confirmation will come from RoseToy.com
- Your U.S. order will be fulfilled and shipped from within the United States
- Your payment record should reference RoseToy.com
If your confirmation email shows a different domain, or your tracking indicates that the package originated in China, the order was not placed through RoseToy.com.
