  • Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • UPS 2nd Day Air & Overnight: Delivery times vary based on the carrier service selected at checkout

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Actual transit times may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, peak shipping periods, or local delivery circumstances.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear after your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Responsibility

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

RoseToy is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Vacant or inaccessible mailboxes
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Refused shipments
  • Recipient unavailability
  • Carrier access restrictions

Undeliverable & Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to customer-related reasons, including an incorrect address, inaccessible mailbox, refused delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts:

  • The order is considered fulfilled once it has been shipped from our warehouse.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, including orders that qualified for free shipping.
  • Any refund issued will be reduced by the actual shipping costs incurred.
  • Customers may choose to have the order re-shipped by paying the applicable re-shipping fee.

Once an order has been shipped, shipping services are considered fulfilled. Shipping charges are non-refundable when delivery cannot be completed due to customer-related issues.
